Process Analyst (m/w)

Lampiris s.a. (part of the TOTAL group since 2016) is seeking for a Process Analyst for the Business Unit “Operations”.

As an Analyst, you will report directly to the Transformation & Change Manager. You will take part in the acceleration and facilitation of the transformation projects of the company with a deep focus on added value and customer experience: operational costs decrease, products and services integration, process digitalization, simplification and enhancement.

You will provide analytical support to the Managers of the Business Unit as well as take part in multiple projects across Market, Digital, Front Office… Ad hoc, it is also possible that you work on more operational topics and analysis in order to keep a strong link with the business content.

Votre fonction

As an Analyst, your roles and responsibilities will include:

  1. Operational activities (40%)
    • Support the Business Unit Managers and the team on a daily basis
      • Execute business analysis (documentation incl.) on: Processes, Organization (capabilities, efficiency…) and Information technology (e.g. application functionalities)
      • Crunch and analyze data
      • Identify, understand and prioritize business needs
      • Define and follow up detailed action plan based on strategic objectives
    • Clearly express and prioritize business requirements (data and technical aspect incl.) in order for IT/PMO teams to develop the best solution. You are only responsible for the business aspect
    • Secure knowledge transfer embedded in the company
    • Communicate clearly with all your stakeholders in order to ensure a good collaboration
    • Implement new processes to improve your internal efficiency on a daily basis

  1. Project activities (60%)
    • Establish business case (business value; i.e. financial, strategic) to make evidence-based decision making
    • Prepare business meetings and workshops and write meeting minutes
    • Clearly express business requirements (data aspect incl.) in order for technical (IT) teams to develop the best solution
  • Challenge the proposed solutions foreseen by the IT teams
  • Report potential risks to you project leader
  • Be co-responsible (with business owner) for A to Z business testing:
      • Write functional test cases (unit test, end-to-end test, user acceptance test…)
      • Prepare test data
      • Perform functional tests, report issues and follow up resolution
  • Support the Training Team (co-working mode) in:
      • Describing training material
      • Providing adequate training sessions

Votre profil

As an Analyst, you should have or be willing to develop:

  • Education/Experience
      • Master degree in (Applied) Economic Sciences, Business Engineering, Computer Science or any other bachelor degree completed by a degree in Management
      • Industry experience preferred

      • Strong analytical skills
      • A result oriented approach that focuses on achieving the goals of the company
      • Strong ability to formalize
      • Ability to work creatively in a problem-solving environment
      • Excellent soft skills:
        • Interpersonal skills, both towards the business and technical (IT) teams
        • Communication skills (written and oral) – fluency in English and Dutch or French is mandatory

      • Advance knowledge and understanding of office productivity tools
      • Basic knowledge and use of business intelligence tools and languages (SQL)
      • Basic knowledge of ERP as well as MS SQL databases is a plus
