Customer value proposition B2B expert (m/w)
We are looking for a result driven to drive product marketing, product lifecycle management and customer value proposition building regarding B2B (multi-energy solutions). It is your mission to explore and design new product/service solutions that are innovative, customer-centric and highly appealing. You are
- You define the product management vision and ambition, in line with the overall business strategy and the growing expectations of our customers. You gather all necessary stakeholders behind this vision and drive its implementation.
- You have a strong vision on the long-term roadmap for the B2B Product management.
- You strive for continuous improvement of our Product portfolio, with an innovative, data-driven and customer-centric mindset. You define best practices through AB-testing, data analysis, research and other methodologies to realize this.
- You’re a master in translating insights and knowledge into customer value propositions. You know how to build a business case that balances out the customer needs & the company financial impacts. You’re able to discuss and defend your vision with stakeholders in sales, marcom, finance, customer operations, etc. You create impact through your expertise and strong communication skills.
- You monitor and analyze the performance of your propositions in the market and based on that, formulate recommendations for adjustments in terms of adaptations on offers, features, promotions, processes, and positioning
- You work together with our Energy Management & IT SPOCS to translate business requirements into IT and Energy Management requirements and user stories
- You identify new trends and innovations in your expertise domain and create opportunities to tap into them.
- You have a master’s degree in applied economic science / business economics / engineering / MBA or equivalent due to experience, and a passion for marketing.
- You’re a seasoned Product management professional, with a proven track record of bringing outstanding value propositions to B2B customers.
- You are strong in conceptual thinking, scenario building, strategic decision making and value & benefit thinking.
- You're not going for a status quo. You are ambitious and eager to learn. You use data & insights to continually improve our value propositions and are not afraid to try things out.
- You take ownership of your projects, you set the right priorities and you have a catchy drive to mobilize stakeholders to get things done. You have impact through strong communication and storytelling skills.
- You combine strong analytical skills with a creative and positive mind
- You have a +3y consulting or marketing background. Experience with energy solutions, customer journey design or Design Thinking methodologies is required.
- Languages: Native NL or FR speaker
